Snow, Snow Go AWAY!!

Could she look any more like her daddy??

Tyler teaching Harliegh the art of video gaming.

Harliegh in her Princess towel given to her by her 2nd cousin CJ.

It's snowing outside, we are supposed to get about 8 inches. Soon it will be spring and it will get warm and I can't wait! I just keep telling myself... just a few more weeks. Harliegh has her first cold ever! Right now she has a runny nose and is a little fussy, I hope it doesn't get worse. Today Harliegh had her six month check up. She is now 16 pounds and 26 inches and is in the 75% for all measurements. She had her shots and was not a happy girl at all! The doctor said she has met all of her benchmarks and even some more and is a "stellar example of a perfectly growing baby!" Her next appointment will be when she is 9 months old. She is starting to get very active, she loves rolling around and is trying so hard to crawl...she gets all the way up on her toes but then gets frustrated and starts yelling.

Not mush else is new in our family right now. I am looking into going to school in the fall and Tyler is still loving his job. He just released his first X-Box 360 game as a QA Lead, a snowboarding game called Stoked. Stoked has been a bad word in our house lately, hahaha....but we are glad that it is finally done. So if you have a 360 make sure you check it out! :)

We love and miss you all!!

My Little Drummer Girl

Harliegh fell asleep while eating her blueberry banana babyfood!
My little drummer girl!

Harliegh can sit for long periods of time now and she LOVES to play with her drums! She will be turning six months old on February 13th, boy how fast they grow...and grow....and grow. She will be having her 6 month appointment on the 26th and I am excited to see how much she has grown since December! We are also making a trip to Iowa this weekend so it will be fun to see all of Harliegh's many grandparents, aunts and uncles. So that's about it for now, but I will be sure to post again after her appointment to let everyone know how big she is now!!

Look what she can do now...

Here is a video of Harliegh sitting and playing all by herself. She was doing so well until she saw me recording her...I guess she's camera shy. HAHAHA!

It's Febraury!

Hello Everyone!

January is finally over! It seemed like such a long month for some reason. Harliegh is doing great, laughing a lot and babbling away. I have been giving her crackers every once in awhile and she LOVES them. Today she surprised me, I put her on the floor for "tummy time" and walked away for one moment and when I came back she was about five feet away from where I left her....guess I have to keep a closer eye on her now! Not much has been going on with Tyler and me. Tyler has some exciting stuff going on at work that I will tell you all about later and I recently cut my hair! I guess its true what they say that you start cutting your hair shorter and shorter when you become a mom! Harliegh's six month appointment is in a couple of weeks and I am excited to see how much she has grown in the past two months, it seems like a lot to me! Hope to hear from everyone soon!
